The Strategic Targeted Achievers Recognition Scholars Program is a scholarship for an exceptional undergraduate student seeking enrollment in the College of Engineering, Department of Material Science and Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
It aims to raise awareness of material science engineering and accelerate diversification of the undergraduate student body in the field to attract a more diverse future workforce.
Consider donating below to help us reach our goal of $75,000. Any amount you can donate will go directly towards a full, renewable scholarship for an undergraduate student in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thanks to a generous gift from The Grainger Foundation, $20 million in new matching funds have been made available for scholarships at the College of Engineering. Therefore, for those who are courageous, any gifts of $25,000 or more will be matched by The Grainger Foundation. You can designate the name for the scholarship, but please ensure that the name includes STAR and double-check that you are donating to the Gilbert-Wells fund in order for your donation to be eligible for the match. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
